York Terrace Apartments

The new 85-unit apartment complex consists of three, wood-framed buildings and associated site improvements for the challenging sloped site. The L-shaped buildings will offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms apartments, ensuring a diverse range of living options. The 20,600 sf Building A will boast 23 units, a community room, and staff offices, creating a hub of activity and connectivity. Meanwhile, Building B will offer 36 units spread across 27,200 sf, and Building C will present 26 units within 21,500 sf. The site will also include two community courtyards with recreational amenities.
