Timberline Lodge Pool Replacement

The heated, year-round pool replacement at the historic Timberline Lodge consists of a new pool with depths of 3’ to 8’, a hot tub with massage jets, and associated mechanical/storage space. The new pool was constructed within the same footprint as its predecessor, now accessed by a skybridge connecting the spa deck to the west side hotel vestibule. The 4,900 sf elevated access design allowed for the restoration of stone buttresses and building design features that have not been seen since 1958, when the original pool was constructed. Other features include a bird friendly 75% glass enclosure preserving the views of Mt. Hood and public restrooms below the skybridge. This upgraded amenity as the highest pool in the Pacific Northwest at an elevation of 6,000 feet.
