The Lemelson Foundation TI
The tenant improvement consisted of first-generation interior tenant improvements to fit out the 7,500 sf, 5th floor, class A office space at the Field Office complex in downtown Portland. The high-end project includes environmentally conscious materials and design to achieve LEED status. Craftsmanship and planning stand out in the form of curved walls clad wood paneling, decorative acoustic walls and ceilings, and new and salvaged wood slat ceilings that encapsulate the open office layout.
