The Hawk’s Eye Apartments

The Hawk’s Eye Apartments project consists of the conversion of an existing motel to 37 healthcare workforce housing units as well as 17 supportive housing units. Most units will be studio apartments. All units are equipped with a private bathroom and kitchenette. Additionally, the complex includes supportive services and a community room for use by residents and the public on the first floor.
