The iconic Portland coffee company was bursting at the seams when they selected Bremik Construction to help them find a new home in the Central Eastside Industrial District. We worked collaboratively to transform an abandoned 37,000 sf warehouse into a new headquarters where Stumptown Coffee Roasters can receive, roast, test, train, chill, and manage their climb to coffee nirvana.
