Struck – Office Tenant Improvement

The 4,800 sf office tenant improvement for the creative agency, Struck, included new walls, doors, casework, and finishes, as well as updated plumbing fixtures. Located on the first floor of the historic Washington High School, the office was two-thirds bigger than the agency’s previous space. Struck’s philosophy of making things better than they are was emulated within the unique characteristics of the space that included sliding barn doors and old radiators and vents used as desks and bookshelves.
