Oregon Department of Human Services – Office Building

This two-story, tilt-up concrete office building for the Oregon Department of Human Services is located within the Cornell Oaks Corporate Center, a 12-building office campus in Beaverton. The 60,000 sf building is composed of private and open offices, training and conference rooms, and interview rooms. Additionally, the 4.5-acre, sloped site included a 220-car parking lot with bicycle parking. A pedestrian bridge spanned a steep grade to connect the rear of the building to the main parking area. The landscape and detention planters in this area also helped filter site stormwater.
