Bremik Construction and LRS Architects worked with Stratus Real Estate Developers on a design-build project to create a new, 60,000 sf office for the Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS). We worked collaboratively with end users to design and construct the two-story concrete and steel facility that now provides DHS with much needed office, meeting, conference, wellness, and education spaces in a secure and welcoming environment.
