Station 21 Renovation
The project is a 20,000 sf remodel of the existing Fire Station 21, Woodburn Fire District’s headquarters. Improvements to the interior of the fire station include a remodel of the existing exercise room to be used for turnout storage, a remodel of the existing uniform storage room, an expansion of the existing kitchen, a remodel of the existing lobby, and finish upgrades throughout. A new exercise room and storage attic will be added to the interior of the existing storage building. Exterior improvements include ROW improvement, landscape and irrigation, the east parking lot, an expansion of the patio space, a new memorial plaza with historic new entrance and cortens fire sculpture, new building signage, repair to a small area of the perimeter buffer wall, and a new pad and walk at the storage building.
