Saltwood North Apartments is a 255,000 sf mixed-use development that sits upon a full city block in Portland’s Slabtown neighborhood. The six-story project will feature 177 apartments with ground floor retail below and two levels of underground parking. We self-performed all structural concrete work, as well as the window and wood siding installations. Saltwood North offers many unique amenities for the area, including a fitness center complete with a spa, cool dip pool, steam room, and sauna. The sixth floor plays host to a rooftop deck and large, shared gathering space.
