Rowe Middle School Addition and Modernization

The multi-phased construction project at Rowe Middle School consisted of various additions and renovations within the occupied 95,000 sf, two-story facility. First, the project included new construction spanning 13,000 sf at the north administration area as well as the east and southwest classroom wings. Next, the building was reconfigured to accommodate a new cafeteria kitchen, commons area, an expanded media center, and construction of a science laboratory and preparation room. Finally, the exterior of the building was upgraded and the roof was repaired. All phases involved the replacement of the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment in all affected areas.
