Following a thorough preconstruction period, we built two independent living buildings—one was 66,670 sf, four-stories with 35 units, the other was 39,600 sf, three-stories with 32 units, licensed as either residential or intermediate care. Both buildings were constructed with a post-tensioned concrete podium with wood framing over 30,000 sf of underground parking. Continuous coordination was required since work took place adjacent to a neighboring development.
