An extensive multi-phased improvement to their 5-acre utility facility in Portland, OR. The 100-year-old facility required 46,000 tons of back-fill material to bring the site to an accessible grade. Bremik coordinated with NWN Environmental Consultants and the Department of Environmental Quality to remove and replace the existing contaminated infrastructure with a new stormwater facility. Bremik also installed 9,000 sf of pre-engineered buildings such as utility sheds, vehicle storage, and fuel station for operational needs. A subsequent phase for a new office building is still under design.
