Regenerative Orthopedic Center Tualatin Clinic

The clinic project will include the renovation of a 30,000 sf, single-level facility to support an outpatient orthopedic and physical therapy clinic with 145 exam rooms. Exterior improvements include new paint finishes, applied architectural panels, lightweight structural elements, and a redesigned entrance canopy, along with site upgrades to improve accessibility such as reconfiguration of the ADA ramp, adjustments to steps and sidewalks, and evaluation of a front entry drop-off drive. The modernized facility will feature updated exam rooms, casting bays, five x-ray rooms, and minor procedure rooms designed for office-based procedures, without surgeries requiring general anesthesia.
