Rayland Hotel Remodel

Located in downtown The Dalles, Oregon, Hotel Rayland underwent a significant public-space expansion and renovation to enhance the guest experience. The project transformed the existing pool and outdoor patio into an enclosed lounge with a coffee bar and updated exterior patio with a fireplace. Additional improvements included renovations to the second-floor fitness room, kitchen, bar and bistro, staff office and maintenance spaces, collaboration spaces, and meeting rooms. Work included pool infill, demolition, new MEPFS systems, and installation of the building structure and roofing.
