Owen Summers Readiness Center Seismic Upgrade

This project involves 82,000 sf voluntary seismic upgrades to an existing Oregon National Guard headquarters and armory. The scope of work includes maintenance of the exterior soffits, repairs to a portion of the roof where faulty framing has caused leaks, and the installation of architectural finishes related to the seismic improvements.
