When One PacificCoast Bank acquired Shorebank Pacific, they selected Bremik to sustainably remodel the LEED Gold CI branch and regional offices to meet their sustainable corporate brand.

Bremik had led the prior Shorebank Pacific build out of the historic Telegram Building first floor and 4,000 sf corporate offices mezzanine addition in conjunction with Waterleaf Architecture.
