New Seasons Market – Office Tenant Improvement

The New Seasons Market headquarters office project included 33,700 sf tenant improvements across two stories of the newly renovated Washington High School. New Seasons Market occupies 40% of the building, including half of the third floor and the entire fourth. The workspace included a converted library, 18-foot ceilings, and original windows with views of downtown Portland into closed and open office spaces for various departments, conference rooms, nutrition/merchandise sample storage room, and a 50-person training room with a movable partition.
