Bremik Construction and SERA Architects delivered the Multnomah Village Apartments, a stand-out feature in the neighborhood known as Portland’s best kept secret, Multnomah Village. The 77,000 sf, four-story residential building was constructed with post-tensioned concrete slabs and wood framing to deliver 72 units, amenities, four retail spaces totaling 5,600 sf, and tuck-under parking.
