Pool and Gym Improvements

A variety of projects were completed for the historic and exclusive Multnomah Athletic (MAC) Club over the years, including the renovation of a rock climbing gym and the member service center. At the basement level, renovations of the club’s 50 meter pool were completed after a full demolition to the original concrete structure. The pool’s mechanical systems were replaced and structural repairs completed. In an effort to improve the indoor air quality of an existing natatorium, a design-build was performed to reconfigure HVAC with a dehumidification system using the source, capture, and exhaust method.
