A build-out of an existing shell space at the Historic Bank Block for a new tenant. The project encompasses the entire 10th floor of the building and half of the 11th. The buildout included installation of a new circulation stair between the two floors. In addition to multiple open office areas and conference rooms, the completed space includes a few individual offices, a large breakroom, and a large game area.
