Mid Columbia Center for Living Office Tenant Improvement

The second-floor, 5,000 sf tenant improvement buildout for the Mid Columbia Center for Living at the Columbia Crest Professional Center includes room additions, new architectural finishes, design-build MEP systems, and access control improvements. The reconstructed space consists of new offices, conference rooms, a kitchenette, administration, and reception areas. Construction was coordinated with the tenant on the first floor of the two-story building to limit noisy activities during off hours.
