Marshall High School, Building 100 Remodel
Located in a residential neighborhood, the remodel of the 6,400 sf classroom building on an active school campus included a roof replacement, exterior window and facade upgrades, sitework and landscaping, a complete remodel of the four classrooms and restrooms as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler upgrades. The existing building included four classrooms, three of which are for career and technical education (CTE) space while the last classroom is for business education. Additionally, the building includes a boys/girls restroom, boiler room, and team/collaboration space.
