Lincoln Building – Lobby and Suite Tenant Improvements

The remodel of the Lincoln Building’s 5,000 sf lobby and public areas included new finishes, light fixtures, and security desk. The entry featured reclaimed lumber, contemporary light fixtures, and exposed concrete columns to provide a clean, modern aesthetic. Suite preps and restroom upgrades were also made to suites on the first, third, fourth, fifth, and eighth floors.
