The existing 20th Century Lanes bowling alley was dated and desperate for a makeover. The intensive remodel of 41,000 sf required full demolition, including removal of a drop ceiling. All bowling lanes were replaced, a full restaurant with commercial kitchen was added, an arcade was installed, and a new bar includes a VIP area with eight exclusive lanes. The entertainment venue was rebranded and is operated by KingPins.
