K-8 School, Office Conversion

The City View Charter School program purchased a 59,900 sf, two-story office building to convert into their new K-8 School campus. Prior to the purchase, the school was split between two campuses. The conversion required seismic retrofitting and approximately 40,000 sf of tenant improvements, including over 20 classrooms, a kitchen and recess areas, administrative offices, and a library. All work was completed with active tenants occupying two ends of the first floor.
