Hotel Room, Cafe, and Spa TI

The Tributary Hotel, located in the historic Taylor Dale Building in downtown McMinnville, underwent interior tenant improvements to its 5,600 sf first-floor space. The scope included complete demolition of the existing interior and updates to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. The renovated space includes a shared café and lobby, two hotel suites, and a wellness spa with a gym, treatment rooms, sauna, restrooms, bike lounge, and storage. The building is a restored, 100-year-old former hardware store and includes two stories and a basement.
