Holcomb Elementary School Renovation and Addition

The Holcomb Elementary School project includes a 52,200 sf renovation and 4,400 sf expansion of an existing, occupied campus. The work modernizes learning environments through selective interior renovations and upgraded finishes. Infrastructure improvements include ADA and restroom upgrades, new energy-efficient LED lighting and low-voltage systems, installation of a new fire sprinkler system, upgraded HVAC systems, and a full roof replacement.

A 4,400 sf cafeteria and kitchen addition increases food service capacity and functionality, providing a more efficient layout and improved dining experience for students. Associated site improvements support the new addition and enhance campus circulation, accessibility, and overall usability. Construction occurs in a fully occupied school environment, requiring careful phasing, coordination, and a strong emphasis on safety to minimize disruption to students, staff, and daily operations.
