The 57,000 sf, brick- and metal-clad, 59-unit building includes private balconies, a top floor lounge and patio, ground floor retail shops, and 22 parking spaces. We self-performed nearly 30% of the project scope, including the structural concrete, wood-framing, and installation of windows and bathroom accessories. Construction logistics were challenged by a very tight project site, where the building covered the entire property footprint. This required close coordination with the city and the scheduling of just-in-time deliveries with suppliers.
