Gresham Civic Station

Gresham Civic Station is an 102,200 sf affordable housing development set to be built in Gresham, Oregon. This new six-story building will feature 60 large, family-style apartment units. The ground floor will consist of resident amenity spaces, a training room, and an IRCO Early Learning Center. Additional amenities will include community spaces, a kitchen, a playground and courtyard, and onsite parking.
