Bremik Construction teamed with Emerick Architects to complete the adaptive reuse renovation of an old Northwest Portland metal casting shop into a headquarters for Grand Central Bakery. The renovated building now accommodates corporate offices, a café, and full kitchen. The 19,000 sf sustainably designed facility called for the use of reclaimed timber for new store fronts, stairs, and interior millwork.
