Ft. Stevens Guardhouse Historic Renovation

The Guard House received extensive rehabilitation work to protect the historic materials and character of the building and repair the weather-damaged roof. The project involved comprehensive exterior restoration work and the implementation of moisture control measures to ensure the long-term preservation of this historic asset. The scope of work included the restoration of historic windows and coverings, brickwork, the roof, and its supporting structures, as well as various concrete and metal elements.
