The Freimann Building, located in the Skidmore Fountain District, was built in 1885 and historically used as a saloon followed by a restaurant.   Bremik took the old and tired building and revitalized it into a commercial office space in 2008.

Due to heavy modifications in the 1960s, the building had to be completely deconstructed to the foundation.  In order to mirror the original building, the building was reconstructed with historical accuracy, incorporating reclaimed original materials all while meeting current codes.   The new building now looks like the original building on the outside, but features an interior with modern features and upgrades. It is the perfect blend of old and new.
