Farmdale Multi-Family Apartments

The 51,000 sf Farmdale Apartments project consists of the demolition of all existing buildings and site infrastructure, followed by construction of a new two-story, 45-unit multi-family residential development. The building will be of wood-frame construction, fully sprinklered, and organized around a shared communal courtyard. The residential program includes a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, along with administrative and community spaces providing on-site resident services, laundry facilities, and a community room.

Located on a 1.5-acre site, the development will include surface parking and a range of outdoor amenities, including a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and landscaped garden areas. The scope of work also includes construction of a detached trash enclosure and an onsite mock-up structure that will remain in place and be repurposed as a permanent shade structure.
