Freimann Restaurant Building, Façade and Shell Renovation

The renovation of the one-story, 2,400 sf Freimann Restaurant Building included upgrades to the historic exterior façade and building shell. Originally built in 1870, the brick and storefront facades and the roof structure were rebuilt to resemble original details and finishes. The shell renovation included seismic bracing and structural upgrades of the exterior walls and roof diaphragm.
