Curtiss Wright Warehouse Tenant Improvement

The Curtiss-Wright Warehouse and Office Tenant Improvement in Tigard modernized a facility that has housed Williams Controls for more than 60 years, upgrading and reconfiguring shared and dedicated spaces to support both Williams and its sister company, PacStar.

Improvements included comprehensive interior renovations, including new framed walls, upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, remodeled administrative offices, and reconfigured restrooms. Exterior enhancements added new overhead and personnel doors, dock levelers, and a recessed loading dock to improve site circulation and loading efficiency.
