Copious – Office Tenant Improvement

The 9,300 sf Copious office tenant improvement created an open floor plan with a large conference room and smaller refuge rooms to allow for quiet work time and smaller group meetings. The digital marketing agency chose to move their office into the historic Washington High School, which was newly repurposed into an office building. The client’s desire for an “epic object” led to the dramatic, salvaged, blue stained pine feature wall located at the office entrance.
