Sandy Blvd. Tenant Improvement
The Consolidated Community Credit Union on Sandy Blvd. in Portland received 5,300 sf tenant improvements and exterior skin upgrades. The TI scope included mechanical systems upgrade and interior enhancements to create an inviting space that included a beverage bar, charging stations, and a large sky light, providing natural light. Exterior improvements included a new building skin, skylight, and metal roof.
