A 14,000 sf tenant improvement to create two-floors of administrative office space for the growing local credit union.

The building includes open and closed office space, a quite room, large kitchen/breakroom, and several community and conference rooms throughout used for work and play. Bremik also renovated their NE Sandy branch.
