Columbia River Maritime Museum Renovation

The historic SP&S railroad depot located in Astoria, Oregon was renovated to serve as an educational and exhibit space for the Columbia River Maritime Museum. The project consisted of an interior build-out with new steel bracing and MEPF systems, a rehabilitation of the existing doors and windows, full repointing of exterior masonry, seismic upgrades, and hardscaping improvements.
