Columbia River Maritime Museum Renovation

Bremik Construction renovated the historic SP&S railroad depot located in Astoria, Oregon. The project consisted of an interior build-out with new steel bracing and MEPF systems, a rehabilitation of the existing doors and windows, full repointing of exterior masonry, seismic upgrades, and hardscaping improvements. The building now serves as an educational and exhibit space for the Columbia River Maritime Museum.
