Central Eastside Lofts

Bremik Construction built Central Eastside Lofts, a mixed-use complex featuring 70 studio, one-, and two-bedroom, market-rate apartments over 11 retail spaces. The 66,000 sf, post-tensioned concrete podium and wood-framed building incorporated recycled lumber and other materials from the previous structure. The Vallaster Corl Architects design included floor to ceiling windows, solid counter tops, and bamboo flooring. Amenities consisted of secure bike storage, bike wash and mechanic station, pet grooming room, private garages, storage units, and a roof-top deck with city views.
