Neighborhood Health Center Canby Clinic Tenant Improvement

The Canby Medical Clinic project entails remodeling an existing two-story, 6,800 sf office building to accommodate Neighborhood Health Center’s updated and expanded clinic. The scope includes interior demolition of walls, ceilings, lights, electrical fixtures, and plumbing, followed by the installation of new interior walls, plumbing fixtures, ceilings, finishes, and lights. Exterior work includes enclosing an existing exterior stair, adding a generator in a newly built generator enclosure, and adding roof penetrations for plumbing vents and mechanical exhaust. This new clinic space will enable NHC to expand its services in Canby to include dental, medical, and pharmacy care.
