The mixed-use infill project featured a two-story steel and concrete commercial office building over 25,000 sf of underground parking. The project also included a 9,000 sf, one-story, wood-framed retail center. The team collaboratively designed a building that would accommodate the requirements of tenant 24 Hour Fitness complete with indoor pool, spa, saunas, basketball courts, workout facilities, and day care center.
