The 62,000 sf warehouse facility tenant improvement for Biamp, an international audio hardware and software company, achieved the goal to manufacture all products in one location. Two-thirds of the building is dedicated to manufacturing, shipping, and deliveries, while the remaining space featured a large kitchen, lounge areas, fitness center, and open and closed offices.
