Bremik was hired to construct the additions of a 33,000 sf building at Auburn Elementary School. The additions include 10 general education classrooms, kitchen, and commons. Auburn Elementary will include new construction of a 4,000 sf multi purpose room, remodel of the administration area, SPED classrooms, general classrooms, library renovation, and a new main entry. The school will also undergo seismic upgrades to the existing library and new construction of the east parking, modifications to the north parking lot, reconstruction of the play field, and a new covered play area.
