The 12-story, 96,000 sf apartment building provides 93 units of affordable housing to the Portland community, with 40 of the units reserved for homeless families. Located in the highly desirable Pearl District, the building includes a community room, indoor children’s play room, laundry facility, bike storage, roof deck, 18 parking spaces and two elevators. The project was built to Earth Advantage Gold standards for sustainability. Bremik exceeded the client’s 20% DMWESB utilization goal with 22.2% total participation.
