The Beacon is a commercial redevelopment project in downtown Lake Oswego that’s four stories and 84,000 sf. The structure uses post-tensioned concrete and structural steel, along with stone, wood, and metal paneling on the façade. This project includes tenant improvements to levels two and three in a mixed-use building. The tenant is a co-working office and the floor plan comprises of individual offices surrounding the perimeter with shared common spaces at the interior. Common spaces include lounge, kitchenettes, and restrooms.
