We are pleased to announce the expansion of Bremik Construction with the opening of our new office location in Redmond, Oregon. This expansion not only grows our footprint; it aligns with our commitment to building futures and strengthening communities across the Pacific Northwest.

A New Home in Redmond

Nestled in Central Oregon, Redmond is a city that has shown steady business development and growth over the past few years. Its proximity to towns like Bend, Prineville, Madras and Sisters make it an ideal geographical location. We chose a location that resembles Bremik: an old bank with a brick facade. Bank vault included. Pinnacle Architecture, who had team members that were part of the original build-out, designed the new 900 sq. ft. office space that the team will occupy.

Our new office will serve as a hub for our operations in Central Oregon, allowing us to better serve our clients and engage with the communities in which we work. With this expansion, we are bringing our commitment of excellent craftsmanship, sustainability, and quality building to a wider audience.

What This Means for Our Clients and Community

By establishing a base in Redmond, we’re not just opening an office – we’re becoming a part of the community. This proximity allows us to respond more quickly to our clients’ needs and stay closely connected to our projects, from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting.

The Redmond team, led by Senior Project Manager Scott Meinig, are all existing members of the Redmond community. “We are a local team, raising our families out here”, shared Meinig. “We are excited to see Bremik grow and expand into different regions, and to increase the opportunities that we maybe wouldn’t have had in Portland.”

The community in Central Oregon is growing quickly, increasing the demand for affordable housing, apartments, K-12 schools and more. Responding to this demand will enable us to diversify our portfolio, become engaged with the community, and create consistency and growth within the region.

“Through this expansion, Bremik will benefit through continued relationships and future project pursuits. We are excited for the opportunity to make an impact in the Redmond community and beyond,” said Meinig.

Join Us on This Exciting Journey

The Redmond office has been formally operating since December 2023, and the build-out and renovation was completed in May 2024.

To our current and future clients, partners, and the Central Oregon community, we look forward to building not just structures, but lasting relationships.
