Bremik Construction, Westport Capital Partners, Sentinel Development, Apex Real Estate, and LRS Architects celebrated the completion of the Towne Storage Renovation with an open house event in August. Guests toured the building and soaked in the amazing downtown views from the 4,000 square foot roof deck. Historic renovations truly are Bremik’s favorite projects. Each building has a unique story, and with renovation, that story gets to continue for at least another 100 years.
