Ladd Carriage House Relocation & Renovation

Bremik Construction partnered with Venerable Development to relocate the Ladd Carriage House while a below grade parking structure was built. The Ladd Carriage House, built by William S. Ladd in 1883, is one of the few surviving structures of Portland’s forefathers. After returning the house to its original location, our craftspeople worked with local historians and architects to meticulously reconstruct the landmark’s original features while improving the structural integrity of the three-story building.
