A multi-phase redevelopment of PGE’s Faraday complex, which houses PGE’s West side Hydro Group, who manage and maintain all of PGE’s hydropower plants on the Clackamas and Willamette Rivers. The scope includes phased demolition of seven existing structures, remodel of one existing structure, and construction of five new structures to consolidate, and modernize PGE’s operations. The five new structures include a 7,000 sf new wood framed control center building; 5,000 sf vehicle storage pre-engineered metal building; 12,000 sf machining and fabrication shop pre-engineered metal building; 5,000 sf woodshop/storage facility pre-engineered metal building; and a 5,000 sf automotive maintenance facility pre-engineered metal building.
